Refund Process

Refunds are on a case by case basis and generally are only accepted if the product has arrived damaged. Please contact me no later than 30 days after you receive your package in the mail.

Custom Art Refund Process

If you decide to cancel your commission purchase, you have up to 24 hours to contact me for a full refund. After the 24 hour mark, only a refund of up to 50% of the commission's price can be given based on the amount of time that has passed. If the piece has been completed beyond the 50% mark, no refund will be given.

Processing Policy

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing. Holidays may increase this time. If for some reason, outside of my control, I cannot process your order in this time frame, you will be contacted via email.
